– Termination Technician

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cable termination, glanding, and lugging for electrical systems.
- Install and connect LV/MV cables, junction boxes, panels, and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, and termination diagrams.
- Carry out continuity, insulation resistance, and other required electrical tests.
- Ensure proper identification, routing, dressing, and termination of cables.
- Follow project specifications, electrical standards, and HSE procedures.
- Coordinate with electricians, supervisors, and other site teams to complete work as scheduled.
- Inspect completed terminations and rectify defects when required.

Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.




- Experience in industrial, oil & gas, EPC, or construction projects preferred.
- Knowledge of cable glands, lugs, ferrules, termination kits, and electrical tools.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings and cable schedules.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety and site work practices.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LV/MV cable termination.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical installations.
- Valuable teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
