- We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Telugu Political Ground Researcher to join our political consulting team in Telangana. The ideal candidate should have strong field research skills, an understanding of local political and social dynamics, and the ability to collect, verify, and present ground-level information accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field research across assigned constituencies, mandals, villages, and local communities.
- Collect information on political leaders, local issues, public sentiment, development concerns, and constituency dynamics.
- Conduct interviews and interactions with voters, local influencers, community members, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Track political developments, local events, emerging issues, and changes in public opinion.
- Verify information through multiple sources and maintain accurate research records.
- Prepare daily field reports, constituency reports, and issue-based research notes.
- Coordinate with research, content, and campaign teams to share timely ground insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Prior experience in political research, field research, journalism, surveys, or social research is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Telangana's political, social, and regional landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Good Telugu communication skills; English/Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.

Good to Have
- Experience working on political campaigns or with political leaders.
- Knowledge of local constituencies, communities, and key political stakeholders.
- Experience using Google Forms, Excel, survey tools, or data collection applications.
