Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Gurugram.
The Telesales
Specialist will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote digital marketing services, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers. The role includes explaining service offerings, answering questions, handling objections, and following up with potential clients to close sales.
The specialist will maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, and meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
Responsibilities also include providing a high standard of customer support, gathering feedback from prospects, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear phone presence and active listening.
- Proven Sales abilities with experience in telesales or inside sales.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries and build rapport.
- Willingness to participate in Training and continuous skill development.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram and manage a high volume of calls.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
