Talent Care Education Ltd is a UK-based education consultancy. We are looking for a confident and friendly Telesales Executive to counsel UK home students, particularly adult learners, and guide them from their first enquiry through to enrollment.
This is a target-driven role using a soft and consultative sales approach. You will listen to each student, understand their goals, recommend suitable courses and support them throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students.
- Understand each student’s education, experience and career goals.
- Explain suitable courses, entry requirements and application procedures.
- Counsel adult learners professionally without using aggressive sales techniques.
- Follow up consistently through telephone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Support students with applications, required documents and interview preparation.
- Maintain complete and accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work toward defined KPIs, including daily calls, follow-ups, applications and enrolments.
- Meet agreed lead-conversion and student-enrolment targets.
- Take responsibility for converting assigned leads from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Provide regular updates on leads, applications and personal performance.
- Work closely with the admission teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, listening and student-counselling skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, student recruitment, a call centre or customer service.
- Confidence in handling objections and converting leads.
- Target-driven, organised and consistent with follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote-working environment.
- Ability to work UK business hours.
- Experience in UK student recruitment or working with adult learners would be an advantage.
