Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal communication and active listening.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive user experience.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into paying subscribers.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with CRM or telecalling software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in relevant local languages and English to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
