Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller Executive role based in Tiruchirappalli.

The Telecaller

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about available plots and ongoing projects, and respond to queries in a clear and courteous manner. The role includes maintaining call records, updating customer details in the CRM or other systems, and scheduling site visits or appointments for the sales team.

Executive will follow up with leads, support sales conversions, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet daily, weekly,



and monthly targets. The position requires consistent adherence to company call protocols, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.

- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn CRM or call tracking tools.

- Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and maintain a professional, respectful tone.

- Sales support skills, including lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and coordination with on-site sales staff.

- Organizational skills, such as maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer data, and managing time effectively during call cycles.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales support is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, meet performance targets, and collaborate positively with team members.
