We are looking for confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives who can communicate effectively with potential customers, understand their requirements, handle objections, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into customers.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and assigned sales leads
- Call potential customers and understand their requirements
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Handle customer objections regarding price, product, competition, timing, etc.
- Identify responsible and high-potential customers
- Move leads systematically through the sales pipeline
- Maintain complete follow-up records in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales/team leader wherever required
- Focus on lead conversion and sales closure, not just call volume
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets

Must Have

- Strong Hindi communication skills
- Confident personality and convincing communication
- Good listening and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Strong follow-up discipline
