- Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally. Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.

Follow up with leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and website enquiries.

Explain clinic services, treatment packages, and ongoing offers.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic software.

Follow up with existing patients for review visits and treatment sessions.

Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff for smooth patient management.

Resolve basic patient queries and escalate complex issues when required.

Achieve monthly appointment booking and conversion targets.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: ₹16,771.36 - ₹19,123.49 per month
