Dr. Joshi Smile Care, one of Bhopal's leading dental clinics with 5 locations and 20+ years of trusted care, is hiring a Caller cum Patient Counsellor.

What you'll do:

- Handle patient appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Manage new patient leads — calling, counselling,



and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments
- Be the friendly first point of contact for patients across our clinics

What we're looking for:

- Prior experience working in a dental clinic or dental hospital (mandatory)
- Strong communication and telecalling skills
- Confident, patient-focused approach with the ability to close leads
- Comfortable with high call volumes and CRM/appointment systems

Compensation: ₹1.8 – 2.2 LPA (based on experience) Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (multiple clinic locations)
