Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents, providing preliminary information about overseas education options, assessing student requirements, and scheduling counseling sessions with our expert advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective students from leads generated via campaigns and respond promptly to incoming inquiries.
- Student Interaction: Understand student profiles, academic backgrounds, target destinations, and career aspirations.
- Lead Qualification: Provide accurate preliminary information regarding study abroad options, intake timelines, and general visa guidance to qualify leads.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book and coordinate in-person or virtual counseling sessions between qualified leads and Senior Overseas Education Counselors.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, lead statuses, follow-up dates,
and feedback in the database/CRM.
- Follow-Ups: Perform timely follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and maximize conversion rates.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, customer support, or educational consulting (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Active listener with persuasive phone etiquette and a customer-centric attitude.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve daily call targets and lead conversion milestones.
