Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our EdTech sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, working professionals, and potential learners, understanding their career and learning requirements, and helping them choose the right course or training program.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, website, and other channels.
- Understand students' and professionals' career goals, educational background, and learning requirements.
- Explain courses, certifications, course advantages, duration, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses based on their requirements.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Handle queries related to courses, admissions, batches, fees, and enrollment process.




- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide a positive admission experience.
- Coordinate with the academic/admission team for successful student onboarding.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and working professionals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in EdTech, telecalling, inside sales, educational counseling, or telesales will be an added advantage.
