Role Description The Technician role at Cold Gold Refrigeration is a full-time, on-site position based in Palghar. The Technician will install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Daily activities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine inspections, carrying out preventive maintenance, and documenting service work.

The role also involves following technical manuals and company standards, supporting customers with basic operational guidance,



and collaborating with the manufacturing and service teams to resolve complex problems. Technicians are expected to adhere to safety protocols, manage tools and equipment properly, and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components, basic principles, and related tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Commitment to workplace and on-site safety practices, including following safety guidelines and using appropriate protective equipment.
- Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues and provide explicit explanations of work performed.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical trade; prior experience in industrial or domestic service is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Palghar and travel locally for service calls as required.
