Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role based in New Delhi, focused on factory automation products. The role involves providing technical support to customers and internal teams, diagnosing and resolving product and system issues, and offering guidance on installation, operation, and maintenance of automation solutions.

The Technical Support

Engineer will handle troubleshooting of hardware and software, analyze recurring problems, and recommend improvements or corrective actions. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, documenting support cases,



coordinating with sales and engineering teams, and assisting with product demonstrations and training sessions. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry standards, and best practices in factory automation.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for factory automation products and related systems.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical data, and identify root causes.
- Customer Support and Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, handle escalations, and maintain positive relationships.
- Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Familiarity with industrial automation components (e.g., sensors, PLCs, motion control, bearings) and their applications.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi, manage multiple cases, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in industrial products or factory automation support is an advantage.
