We are looking for a Technical Recruiter specializing in US-based clients.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the full-life-cycle recruiting process, collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, and source top technical talent to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining explicit communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

The Technical





Recruiter will also focus on fostering positive candidate experiences and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Technical Recruiting experience with a strong understanding of technical roles and skill requirements
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools is a plus
