Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closure.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the offer-to-joining process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.




- Achieve defined recruitment TAT, productivity, and hiring targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, Full Stack, etc.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven setting.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period would be preferred.
