Role Description The Head of Affiliate Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jodhpur, with flexibility for partial work from home.



This role is responsible for developing and leading the affiliate marketing strategy to grow revenue, brand visibility, and partner engagement across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new affiliates, negotiating partner terms, managing affiliate campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing programs for higher conversions and ROI. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, promotional alignment, and data-driven decision-making. The Head of Affiliate Marketing will also oversee reporting, budget management, compliance with brand guidelines, and continuous improvement of the affiliate ecosystem.
