Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer (Turnkey Projects) role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will manage end-to-end project execution, including concept development, space planning, and detailed interior design for residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, coordinating with vendors and contractors, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment),



and overseeing site work to ensure designs are implemented accurately. The role involves client meetings to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring a seamless turnkey delivery from initial brief to final handover.
Qualifications
Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
Knowledge of architecture and construction drawings, including familiarity with building systems and on-site coordination.
Experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials aligned with project concepts and budgets.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, vendors, and contractors.
