We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status
• Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead-generation targets
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Required Skills
✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling/customer service experience
✅ Fluent in Telugu,



Hindi & English – Mandatory
✅ Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel & WhatsApp
✅ Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach
⭐ Preferred: Candidates with experience in healthcare, medical services, sales, or CRM will be given preference.
