Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Murshidabad.



The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable Bajaj Life products. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, conducting regular follow-ups, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the policy lifecycle. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with branch teams and consultants to drive sales, meet assigned targets, and support customer retention initiatives. Daily activities include customer meetings, product presentations, documentation support, and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
