Role Description The Housekeeping Desk Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Diu. This role is responsible for coordinating daily housekeeping activities, including handling guest requests, tracking room status, and communicating with housekeeping staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.



The coordinator manages housekeeping records and reports, maintains inventory logs for linen and supplies, and updates checklists to support cleanliness and quality standards. The role involves answering internal calls, assigning tasks to room attendants, following up on completion, and escalating issues as needed to supervisors. The Housekeeping Desk Coordinator supports the housekeeping team in delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service in line with The Fern’s brand and environmental standards.
Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping coordination or front/back-office hotel operations, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in hotel management or property management systems, MS Office, and basic data entry/reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with guests, housekeeping staff, and other hotel departments.
