Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring client needs are understood and met throughout each project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with project and site teams, and monitoring project progress against client expectations. The Account Manager will handle contract administration, assist with billing and collections,



and address client issues or escalations in a timely and skilled manner. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients, supporting business development activities, and preparing periodic reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in construction, civil engineering, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple accounts, tracking project milestones, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Basic understanding of civil engineering or construction processes, contracts, and project workflow
