Profile
We are looking for a hands-on fruit and beverage specialist to develop, standardize and improve products for Berry Brothers and Tropiq. The candidate should have robust expertise in fresh fruits, beverage preparation, product presentation and team training.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and improve juices, smoothies, shakes, coolers, wellness shots, fruit bowls, Greek yogurt bowls and smoothie bowls.
• Excellent fruit cutting, portioning, presentation and fresh-fruit handling.
• Create and standardize recipes with exact quantities, preparation methods and presentation standards.
• Understand fruit yield, portion control, food cost and wastage management.
• Train outlet teams to maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene and presentation across locations.
• Develop seasonal,



innovative and signature products for both brands.
Ideal Candidate
• 3–7 years of relevant experience with premium juice bars, smoothie/bowl brands, cafés, beverage chains, health-food concepts or hotel beverage operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of fruits, juices, smoothies, bowls and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Experience in recipe development, standardization, SOP creation and staff training is preferred.
• Creative, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced QSR environment.
• Hotel Management qualification is welcome but not mandatory; practical skills and product knowledge are more important.
