This business segment is focused on building and scaling partnerships with developers and external ecosystems to drive home loan sourcing, maximize wallet share, and create a high-growth lending business across primary & resale real estate transactions.

Opportunity Summary:
● Position: Director - Home Loans
● Team: Home Loans (External Partnerships)
● Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai (with travel across other cities too)
● Reporting: Group Head - New Projects & Home Loans

Roles & Responsibilities:
This role will drive the growth of the external home loans business through robust developer partnerships, funnel ownership, and revenue scale-up.
● Developer Partnerships – Identify target developers, drive negotiations, sign MoUs, and build strong sourcing channels for home loan leads
● Key Account Management – Drive wallet share and deepen engagement with partner developers
● Funnel Ownership – Own the complete journey from lead generation to disbursal,



directly and in collaboration with other internal teams
● Revenue Growth – Scale external sourcing via channel partners, connectors and maximize loan conversions across partner ecosystems
● Service Excellence – Own service levels and customer experience across account partners and builders
● Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with loans servicing, business development, marketing, and strategy teams for targeted outcomes
● Team Leadership – Hire, train, and lead high-performing teams across locations; ensuring right talent retention and team morale for outcomes
● Performance Management – Set and track revenue targets; drive reviews and course correction on an ongoing basis

Desired Candidate:
● Work Experience - 14 to 18 years of experience across home loan sales, fintech and business development; strong experience in developer partnerships, external loan sourcing ecosystems is highly desirable
