Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Investment Associate – AIF role based in Mumbai. As a founding member of the fund's investment team, you'll support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, investment analysis,



and due diligence on potential portfolio companies and instruments. Responsibilities include monitoring existing investments, preparing periodic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in the development of investment strategies aligned with fund objectives. You'll work closely with senior team members, participate in investor communications, and coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient transaction execution — while also aligning with the group's existing NBFC and fintech platform teams.
This role carries SEBI's mandated certification requirement for key personnel on an AIF's investment team, making it a robust launchpad for candidates early in their AIF/fund management careers.

Requirements
NISM Series XIX-C (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) certification — mandatory and currently valid
Bachelor's or Master'
