Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and growing APPL’s online sales channels, including company websites and marketplace platforms.



Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy; monitoring website performance and sales metrics; and coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment. The Ecommerce Manager will plan and execute digital campaigns, optimize customer journeys, analyze user behavior, and propose improvements to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention. The role also involves identifying new ecommerce opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with platform partners, and ensuring that online branding and content reflect APPL’s quality and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce experience, including managing online marketplaces and brand websites.
Demonstrated Sales and Marketing skills to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-informe
