Role Description The Offline Event Marketing Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing offline events and brand activations to increase awareness and drive customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, coordinating venues and vendors, managing event budgets, and overseeing event logistics from setup to post-event follow-up. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align event strategy with business goals, training event staff on brand messaging,



and collecting feedback and performance metrics to improve future activities. The Offline Event Marketing Lead will represent Anveshan at events, interact with customers, and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
Qualifications
Strong Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to design, execute, and measure effective offline campaigns.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage attendees and represent the brand professionally.
Sales skills to support lead generation, product promotion, and conversion during events.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for on-ground marketing activities.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
