Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Agra. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, shift scheduling, and coordination between kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth service. Responsibilities include monitoring food quality and hygiene standards,



ensuring consistent guest experiences, handling customer inquiries or concerns, and driving customer satisfaction. The role involves managing inventory and supplies, supporting hiring and training of team members, implementing operational procedures, and working with leadership to meet revenue and cost targets. The Restaurant Manager will also contribute to local marketing initiatives and uphold brand standards across dine-in and delivery channels.

Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback and ensure positive dining and delivery experiences.
Experience in Hiring and team management, including training, performance monitoring, and creating a supportive workplace culture.
