A highly skilled engineering support team delivers value-added services such as service and maintenance contracts, complete overhauls, refurbishing, and training for operators and maintenance crews.
Role Description The Site Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Gujrat and Hyderabad. This role is responsible for coordinating daily site operations, including documentation management, record keeping, and maintaining site-related reports and logs. The Site Administrator supports project teams, service engineers, and operations staff by organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring timely communication between site and office.



The role oversees office supplies and site resources, assists with compliance and safety-related documentation, and helps prepare regular status updates for management. The Site Administrator also liaises with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and service activities at the site.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, record keeping, and scheduling.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite) and basic data entry and reporting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, site-based environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Understanding of basic project coordination or site operations in engineering, construction, or mining domains is an advantage.
