Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Regulatory & Compliance to support the organization in managing regulatory requirements, statutory compliance, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of standards and compliance requirements, and a valuable understanding of legal and regulatory language. Exposure to the Telecom, ISP, or regulatory domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, statutory, and industry requirements.
Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of regulatory and compliance-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for regulatory submissions, approvals, renewals, and compliance activities.
Assist in interpreting and implementing applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, standards, and regulatory notifications.
Maintain records of licenses, registrations, certifications, agreements, regulatory filings,



and compliance documents.
Track regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on business operations.
Assist in preparing responses, reports, declarations, undertakings, and other regulatory communications.
Ensure timely completion of compliance activities and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documents, records, and compliance evidence.
Coordinate with legal, business, operations, and technical teams on regulatory and compliance matters.
Maintain compliance trackers and provide periodic reports to management.
Identify potential compliance gaps and support corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and applicable standards.

Graduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a relevant discipline.
