Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Patna. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new leads through field outreach, local partnerships,



and digital channels, focusing on schools, coaching centers, and student communities. The role involves conducting market research to understand local education needs, competitor offerings, and growth opportunities, and using these insights to support strategic planning. The associate will deliver presentations and demos to students, parents, and institutional partners, clearly explaining Edural Classes ™ programs and value propositions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with prospects, managing follow-ups, supporting enrollment processes, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and preparing regular business reports and performance updates.
