Business Development Executive – IT/Software Sales

Mariox Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team.

What you'll do:
Generate and manage your own leads through LinkedIn, outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Identify and convert opportunities for Web, Mobile App, SaaS & Custom Software Development.
Handle client communication, requirement understanding, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Work independently and perform effectively under pressure.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Software/Technology Sales or Business Development.
Robust experience in Web, Mobile App and Software development sales.
Proven ability to generate self-sourced leads and convert them into business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month
