JUSTDOGS is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage the team, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Support achievement of store sales targets.
Assist customers with pet food, treats, accessories, and other pet-care products.
Handle billing, POS, cash reconciliation, and daily store operations.
Monitor stock levels, stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Supervise and guide store associates.
Maintain store hygiene, merchandising, and product-display standards.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
Requirements
2–4 years of retail sales/store operations experience.
Team-handling experience preferred.
Positive communication, customer-service, and selling skills.
Basic knowledge of POS, inventory, and MS Excel.
Comfortable working around pets.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
