About the Role
Harbor365 is seeking an experienced Business Process & Systems Optimization Consultant to review our existing workflows, identify operational gaps, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, automation, and collaboration across teams.

This is a project-based consulting engagement, ideal for an independent consultant, fractional operations specialist, or systems professional who can work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Audit existing workflows and identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
Map and optimize end-to-end business processes across teams.
Recommend and implement practical process and system improvements.
Optimize the integration between Asana and Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.




Identify opportunities to reduce manual data entry and duplicate work through automation.
Build simple dashboards and reporting mechanisms to improve leadership visibility.
Document optimized workflows, processes, and systems for continued internal use.
Independently identify operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Ensure all improvements are practical, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in business process optimization, workflow management, business operations, or systems consulting.
Hands-on, administrator-level experience with Asana and Google Workspace.
Solid understanding of workflow automation and system integrations.
Experience with Zapier, Make, Asana API, and/or Google Apps Script is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to implement solutions and deliver measurable improvements, rather than
