As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding our CMS business, leveraging your industry expertise and relationships to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve CMS sales targets in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, PMCs, and OEMs to generate business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns for CMS products.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market gaps and potential new business areas.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our CMS solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably in the electrical industry.
