We are looking for a hands-on HR & Labour Compliance Manager to manage statutory compliance, BOCW, labour documentation and client submissions across our structural steel fabrication factory and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, wages and other statutory compliances
Statutory registers, manpower, attendance and wage records
Client compliance submissions, prequalification and audit documentation
Coordination for client, labour department, PF/ESI and statutory audits
Compliance documentation across factory and project sites
Keeping the company updated on applicable Labour Codes and regulations
What We Are Looking For
2–3 years of relevant HR / labour compliance experience
Strong practical knowledge of BOCW and labour laws
Experience with project sites and contract labour
Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure,



engineering, manufacturing, structural steel or PEB preferred
Robust documentation, Excel and follow-up skills
Ability to independently manage compliance and close gaps
