Job Description:

We are looking for a marketing professional for our event marketing team. The Event Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing-sponsored and sales-initiated events. This role supports the full event lifecycle, from strategy and logistics to design, communications, in office support, and post-event analysis, while ensuring brand consistency, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact across global initiatives.

Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution

Organize and execute events including tradeshows, webinars,



informative sessions, roundtables, and client engagements.
Coordinate logistics with vendors, sponsors, internal stakeholders, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.
Manage event message maps, attendee lists, booth deliverables, and develop all event communications (internally and externally).

Marketing Integration

Collaborate with initiative marketers and regional teams to align event messaging with broader marketing goals.
Create Salesforce campaigns and manage event-related assets on platforms like Highspot and Pardot.

Content and Communications

Assist in creating promotional materials, registration pages, email templates, social media messaging, event videos, and event collateral.
Support pre-event and post-event communications, including surveys, email communications, blog posts, and lead follow-up.
Assist in editing content to post to the website, helping to identify content to be updated,
