We are looking for a passionate HR Communications qualified who will partner with the Human Resources team to strengthen employee engagement, reinforce our organizational culture, and elevate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The role will drive communication across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and learning to recognition, engagement, change management, and leadership communication—while positioning Orchids as an employer of choice.
The ideal candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to create a connected, informed, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities





Internal Communications

 Developandexecute the annual Internal Communications strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
 Owntheemployee communication calendar across the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policy communication, performance management, learning initiatives, engagement programs, wellness, rewards & recognition, and organizational updates.
 Createcompelling employee communication including newsletters, leadership communication, HR announcements, presentations, FAQs, employee stories, videos, posters, and digital campaigns.  Partner with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Employee Relations) to communicate people initiatives effectively.
 Drivecommunication during organizational change, business transformation, and employee experience initiatives to ensure transparency and adoption.
