Role Description The ACCA Faculty role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The faculty member will deliver high-quality ACCA lectures, lead interactive classroom sessions, and facilitate discussions that help learners grasp complex accounting and finance concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, designing practice questions and case studies, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring.



The role also involves staying updated with ACCA syllabus changes, coordinating with the academic team on curriculum improvements, and supporting learners with exam preparation strategies and doubt-solving sessions. The faculty member will participate in academic meetings, contribute to learning content development, and help maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong command of ACCA syllabus areas, including financial reporting, audit and assurance, performance management, taxation, and strategic business leadership.
Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
Experience creating lesson plans, instructional materials, and exam-focused practice content tailored to professional qualifications.
