About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist who can independently plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram and YouTube for our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands creator marketing beyond outreach — someone who can strategically plan budgets, estimate views/reach, manage CPM targets, and drive quality traffic to Amazon and our brand website.
You will take ownership of influencer marketing execution, campaign strategy, creator partnerships, and reporting.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram & YouTube
Plan monthly influencer marketing strategies
Build campaigns based on target reach, CPM, engagement & conversion goals
Identify, shortlist, negotiate and onboard relevant creators
Drive traffic to Amazon,
Flipkart & brand website through creator campaigns
Build long-term creator partnerships and affiliate collaborations
Coordinate with content, design & marketplace teams for campaign execution
Track campaign performance including: CPM, Reach, Engagement, CTR, Traffic, Conversions, ROI
Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers and reporting systems
Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budgets
Stay updated with Instagram & YouTube algorithm trends
Guide junior team members on campaign execution as needed
Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
Experience handling Instagram & YouTube creator campaigns at scale
Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and CPM planning
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Brands preferred
Able to independently build campaign strategies and execution plans
Data-driven
