Role Description The CA - Article Trainee will work full time in office at the Mumbai office, supporting the team across audit, taxation, and compliance assignments. Daily responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping, preparation and review of financial statements,



working papers for statutory and tax audits, and documentation for regulatory filings. The trainee will help in drafting and filing returns for direct and indirect taxes, supporting assessment and scrutiny proceedings, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves research on accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate regulations, including emerging areas such as blockchain and crypto-related transactions. The trainee will collaborate with senior professionals, participate in client meetings when required, and contribute to process improvement and quality control initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) with eligibility for Articleship under ICAI regulations.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
Understanding of direct and indirect taxation, corporate laws, and regulatory compliances
