Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships,



and promoting the firm’s investment products, including bonds and unlisted share opportunities. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations, understanding client needs and risk profiles, and recommending suitable investment solutions in line with regulatory and internal guidelines. The role involves coordinating with research and operations teams to ensure accurate information is shared with clients, preparing proposals and sales reports, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Sales Business Development Manager will also support client education initiatives, participate in marketing and outreach campaigns, and continuously monitor market developments to identify new business opportunities.
