Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth
• Acquire recent strategic school groups and institutional partnerships.
• Develop annual account growth plans for every assigned group.
• Drive new business from existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling Ei's portfolio.
• Identify expansion opportunities across all schools within a group.
2. Strategic Account Management
• Build trusted relationships with Chairpersons, Trustees, CEOs, Directors, Academic Heads, and Principals.
• Become the single strategic partner for assigned school groups.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with leadership teams.
• Develop multi-year partnership roadmaps.
• Ensure seamless implementation across all products.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks.
4. Collections & Commercial Ownership
• Own commercial closure from proposal to payment.
• Ensure timely collections and contract renewals.
• Improve revenue realization and cash flow.
5. Market Creation
• Build Ei's visibility within school groups, associations, and educational networks.
• Create demand through workshops,
leadership forums, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Develop advocates and champions within school ecosystems.
• Generate referrals and expand influence across group schools.
6. AI & Research-Led Selling
• Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting, account planning, proposal creation, and customer engagement.
• Use educational research and learning outcome data to build consultative sales conversations.
• Stay updated on AI trends, school transformation, competency-based education, and assessment practices.
• Bring data-driven insights that help customers improve learning outcomes.
8. Voice of Customer
• Gather customer feedback.
• Influence product roadmap.
• Identify emerging market needs.
• Recommend recent solutions for strategic customers.
