Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the insurance business across various insurance products.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build and manage high-performing sales and operations teams.
Manage relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and other partners.
Oversee policy issuance, renewals,



servicing, and claims processes.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of escalations.
Monitor business performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.
Identify new business opportunities and improve products/processes.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
4+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution, operations, and claims.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong business acumen with a target-oriented approach.
