RB2F is an AI-enabled digital marketing agency in Pune, working with 150+ brands across India and MENA in E-commerce, Retail, Edtech, and more.
We're looking for a Video Editor Trainee who wants to learn video editing from the ground up — real client briefs, hands-on from day one.

You'll get to:
Edit reels, stories, and ad creatives for live campaigns
Assist on shoots — setup, equipment, coordination
Learn colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics fundamentals
Explore AI-powered editing tools like Runway, CapCut AI, and Adobe Firefly

What we're looking for:
0–1 year of experience (college projects, YouTube, personal work all count)




Basic familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
A sharp eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and what actually performs
Willingness to learn fast, take feedback, and grow without ego
