Important: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a short unpaid design assignment as the next stage of the selection process. The assignment will be limited in scope and used solely to evaluate design thinking, visual execution, and role fit.

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design to work on exciting projects for global FMCG brands.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on design experience, a robust eye for branding and packaging, and understands how to translate a brand’s identity into packaging that is visually distinctive, commercially relevant, and ready for production.

Prior experience working with FMCG and/or D2C brands is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design packaging for FMCG products across different categories and formats.
Develop packaging concepts, visual identities, labels, graphics, layouts,



and product communication.
Translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into strong, consumer-facing packaging designs.
Create design adaptations across multiple SKUs, sizes, variants, and product ranges.
Work on packaging projects for global brands, maintaining consistency while adapting designs for different markets where required.
Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate design specifications for production.
Work closely with internal creative, marketing, brand, and business teams to incorporate feedback and deliver projects within timelines.
Stay updated on FMCG packaging trends, typography, visual culture, retail trends, and emerging D2C brands.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming and concept-development sessions.

Must-Have Skills
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on packaging design.
Prior experience working with FMCG and/or D2C brands.

Strong proficiency in Adobe
