Job Title-Admin & Operations Manager

About the Role: Arnav Jewellers is looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin & Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage ERP processes, ensure operational and legal compliance, and lead the planning and execution of new store launches.
The ideal candidate should possess robust operational expertise, excellent coordination skills, working knowledge of ERP systems, and a basic understanding of legal compliance and intellectual property matters. Key Responsibilities
1.Administration & Operations:
* Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
* Ensure smooth coordination between Head Office, Stores, Vendors, and Management.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational SOPs and internal processes.
* Monitor operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
* Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management reports.
2.ERP Management:
* Work extensively on ERP systems for inventory, purchases, sales, stock transfers, and reporting.
* Ensure data accuracy and timely updates within the ERP.
* Coordinate with the IT/ERP team to resolve operational issues.
* Generate and analyze operational reports for management.
3.New Store Launch Coordination:
* Plan and execute end-to-end new store launch activities.
* Coordinate civil work, interiors, branding, fixtures, IT setup, and vendor management.
* Liaise with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
* Track project timelines and ensure stores are launched on schedule.
* Coordinate inventory movement and operational readiness before launch.
4.Vendor & Facility Management:
* Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
* Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, security, and office administration.
