Role Description As a Business Analyst intern at Floww.ai, you will support the analysis and improvement of client workflows and business processes. On a day-to-day basis, you will work on gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping existing processes, and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to translate business needs into clear specifications and actionable insights.



This is an on-site internship role based in Hyderabad, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment.
Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate insights.
Business Analysis and Business Process skills to understand current operations and propose improvements.
Ability to define and document clear Business Requirements aligned with stakeholder needs.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
Interest in SaaS, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions; prior exposure to these areas is an advantage.
Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software; basic analytics tools are a plus).
