Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, and promoting Oxmile Logistics services across key routes and sectors. The representative will conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on leads,



and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams to understand service capabilities, supporting customer onboarding, handling client queries, and gathering market intelligence to inform marketing campaigns. The role also includes participating in local marketing initiatives, training clients on service processes, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
