Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region & Pune. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue across domestic and international logistics services,



including ocean freight, air freight, and value-added solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, and conducting client meetings and presentations. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure service commitments are met and customer expectations are exceeded. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, providing regular performance reports, and supporting the development of long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with a proven ability to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain, with knowledge of ocean and air freight, customs processes, and end-to-end logis
