Role Description The Shubhpuja Mobile App Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. The person in this role will manage daily operations of the Shubhpuja mobile application, including monitoring app activity, updating basic content, and ensuring smooth user navigation. Responsibilities include assisting users with app-related queries, coordinating bookings and service requests received through the app, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate team. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of user interactions,



providing feedback on app performance, and supporting the team in improving the overall user experience. The operator is expected to collaborate closely with internal staff, follow established procedures, and maintain professional communication at all times.
Qualifications
Ability to operate and navigate mobile applications and basic computer systems with ease.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to assist users clearly and courteously.
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings, records, and user information.
Customer service orientation, with a professional and respectful approach to diverse users.
Basic understanding of Indian cultural and religious practices is an advantage.
